1. Platform Identity & Role

getartcraft.app ('the Platform') operates as an independent global distribution hub, high-speed release mirror, and enterprise solution platform for the open-source ArtCraft creative and office software suite. Upstream source code development is authored and led by the storytold project on GitHub (https://github.com/storytold).

2. Open-Source Licensing & Permitted Commercial Use

All desktop software applications distributed through the Platform (including but not limited to VectorCraft, PhotoCraft, PdfCraft, FilmCraft, DesignCraft, WordCraft, GridCraft, DeckCraft, FigCraft, SoundCraft, and CadCraft) are licensed under permissive open-source licenses (MIT and/or Apache-2.0).

Under these terms, individuals, educational institutions, non-profit entities, and commercial corporations are explicitly granted royalty-free permission to run, use, evaluate, and deploy the software internally and commercially without per-seat licensing fees or commercial usage surcharges.

3. Trademark & Intellectual Property Disclaimers

All trademarks, product names, and company names referenced across this website (including Adobe®, Photoshop®, Illustrator®, InDesign®, Premiere Pro®, Lightroom®, Acrobat®, Microsoft®, Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Figma®, and AutoCAD®) are the registered property of their respective trademark holders.

References to these third-party trademarks are made strictly for nominative fair use to describe software compatibility and comparative functional benchmarks. Neither getartcraft.app nor the upstream ArtCraft project is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. or Microsoft Corp.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ('AS IS')

THE SOFTWARE AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. Enterprise Custom Services & Support SLAs

Enterprises requiring dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLAs), custom binary packaging, private air-gapped network bundles, or priority bug triage may enter into separate commercial enterprise agreements. Custom service terms will be defined under individual enterprise service statements.
