We believe creative software and office productivity tools should respect user privacy by architectural design. Unlike proprietary cloud suites that continuously scan, upload, or index user documents, the ArtCraft suite is engineered with a strict 'local-first' runtime model.

2. What the Desktop Software Does NOT Collect

When you install and run any ArtCraft desktop application (PdfCraft, VectorCraft, PhotoCraft, DesignCraft, etc.):

  • Zero Document Telemetry: Your documents, PDFs, photographs, vectors, audio, and spreadsheets are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud.
  • Zero Behavioral Keylogging: We do not track keystrokes, tool usage patterns, or artwork canvas contents.
  • No Mandatory Account Tracking: Desktop applications require no login, account registration, or subscription token verification to function.
  • Air-Gapped Operation: All core applications function 100% offline without requiring internet access.

3. Enterprise AI & Data Sovereignty

For organizations evaluating or integrating AI capabilities via Model Context Protocol (MCP) or private BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) connections:

  • Zero Public Model Training: Corporate documents, vectors, and design prompts are strictly confidential and are NEVER used to train public foundation models.
  • Encrypted Local Key Storage: User API keys remain stored locally in operating system keychains or secure local files, never logged to central servers.

4. Website & Distribution Mirror Telemetry

When you visit https://getartcraft.app or download software packages:

  • Our global edge content delivery network (Cloudflare) records standard, transient web server request logs (IP address, user-agent, and requested file path) solely for DDoS mitigation, security auditing, and bandwidth load balancing.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor logs or download telemetry to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
